Mortgage rates today are lower than anytime in my 29 year real estate career. Actually they are lower than they have been in the last 50 years. Quotes today: 6-30-2010 are 4.25% for a 30 year Fixed Rate VA/FHA loan, 3.875% for a 15 year fixed rate VA/FHA loan and 4.625 for a 30 year Fixed rate conventional loan. If these rates don't get you in the mood to re-finance or buy that new home.....Nothing will.
